Job summary

Capital Vacations in Branson is seeking a Hospitality Specialist Night Auditor to manage all end-of-day accounting and coordinate with the security team to ensure guest safety and accurate records.

Greet guests, register arrivals, assist with room inventory and audits, process reservations, payments and reports, and work with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. A high school diploma/GED and at least one year of night auditing or front desk experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year experience working as Night Auditor is preferred.
• One year Hotel Front Desk experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests courteously and registers guests into the resort.
• Ensures all end-of-day audit transactions are accounted for and processed correctly in the property management and relevant systems.
• Completes check-in/check-out procedures for guest/owner and related reporting.
• Works closely with all departments to ensure guest satisfaction and maintain a professional appearance.
