Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Manage front desk operations, including guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Provide outstanding customer service and address guest inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area.
• Handle multi-line phone systems and respond professionally.
• Assist guests with reservations and information about hotel amenities.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Prepare reports on occupancy, revenue, and KPIs.
• Maintain a warm, friendly demeanor at all times.
• Communicate clearly with employees and guests at all levels.
• Multitask and prioritize duties to meet deadlines.
• Attend required meetings and trainings; maintain attendance.
• Maintain standards of appearance and uniform.
• Comply with resort standards and safety rules.
• Identify problems and assist in solutions.
• Cross-train in other hotel areas.
