Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Front Office Night Auditor to manage guest check-ins/outs, process payments in the PMS, and maintain accurate room assignment records.

The role involves varying shifts at hotel facilities, with a focus on high-quality guest service, safety protocols, and effective communication with housekeeping and maintenance teams. Previous hospitality experience is advantageous, and strong MS Office skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to work varying shifts, including nights.

Responsibilities

• Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and check guests out at end of stay.
• Explain charges and process payments using the PMS and collect payments.
• Maintain records of room assignments and guest information in the system.
• Deliver basic necessities to guestrooms when needed and coordinate with housekeeping.
• Perform duties with courtesy, professionalism, and safety awareness.
• Balance cash drawers and handle transactions per brand standards.
• Assist in front desk operations and basic supervisory tasks as assigned.
