Paragon Hotel Company is seeking a Guest Night Auditor for full-time with flexible evening/early morning availability. You will manage front desk operations, greet guests, check in/out, handle requests, and support revenue-generating activities while maintaining brand standards.

The role requires professionalism, punctuality, and experience with cash handling and PMS systems. A High School diploma is required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a branded hotel.
• High School diploma or equivalent; higher degree preferred.
• Experience in accounting is preferred.
• Must display professionalism and honesty.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests; assign rooms and maintain privacy.
• Promote hotel services and amenities to guests.
• Be on duty during night hours; respond to guest requests.
• Balance charges and handle cash/credit card transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel policies and operations.
