Job summary

Highgate Hotels in downtown Miami seeks a Night Auditor responsible for reconciling cashier transactions, producing daily reports, and ensuring accurate guest billing. You may assist with check-in/check-out and reservations as needed, while maintaining service levels for guests.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to multitask during night shifts, with a focus on operational accuracy and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or one year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.
• Guest Service Experience preferred.
• Computer knowledge/skills required.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile hotel cashier transactions and ensure accuracy of guest billings and city ledger.
• Review, organize and compile management reports in a timely manner.
• Perform guest service agent duties including check-in/check-out and reservations when required.
• Audit and reconcile front desk, Food & Beverage cashier reports and credit card transactions.
