Job summary

Hyatt Place Savannah Airport is hiring a Night Auditor to oversee front desk operations during the overnight shift, balance guest accounts, and support nightly reporting.

You will work independently, provide courteous service, maintain safety, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address overnight needs. Prior hotel auditing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Reliable and dependable attendance.
• Previous hotel, front desk, or auditing experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with overnight check-in and check-out.
• Perform nightly audit procedures and balance guest accounts.
• Review and verify financial transactions and daily reports.
• Answer phones, process reservations, and assist with guest requests.
• Respond to guest concerns professionally and promptly.
• Monitor hotel safety and security throughout the night.
• Complete nightly reports and required documentation.
• Communicate important updates with management and day shift staff.
• Work with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address overnight needs.
