White Lodging is seeking a Night Auditor in Austin to greet guests, balance and audit daily transactions, and ensure accurate revenue records. You will work as the first contact for guests and help maintain a warm, secure front-desk environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, guest service passion, adaptability, and teamwork, with long hours, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Hospitality experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally at the front desk.
• Balance hotel and restaurant transactions daily (credit cards, cash, change funds).
• Follow credit, cash-handling, and accounting procedures.
• Run audits and reports; record revenues and statistics accurately.
• Read and explain reports, folios, and procedures.
• Ensure security and confidentiality of guest and hotel information.
• Respond to and resolve guest concerns or complaints.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
