Remington Hotels is seeking a meticulous Night Audit/Front Desk professional in Austin, TX to perform daily audit functions across the hotel and its outlets. You will review postings for accuracy, back up computer systems nightly, and assist with front desk operations to ensure smooth guest experiences.

The role may require night, weekend, and holiday shifts. You will work with a team dedicated to delivering warm, prompt, and professional service to our guests.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily audit functions for front office and each hotel outlet.
• Review room and tax postings for accuracy and correct errors; ensure house charges posted timely.
• Complete nightly back-up of front office computer system and audit program.
• Rebuild front office system, reservations, and related computer maintenance as needed.
• Understand and follow management company accounting and credit policies and procedures.
• Manage all front desk functions including check-ins, check-outs, payments, reservations, PBX operation, and guest directions.
