Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service during night hours.
• Balance daily revenue and expenses and complete night audit tasks.
• Verify credit card transactions and deposits, close/open business days.
• Perform front desk duties and resolve guest inquiries and issues.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, security, and cash handling.
• Organize end-of-shift paperwork, wake-up calls, and audit packs.
• Maintain lobby and front desk areas tidy and welcoming.
• Support overnight operations as assigned by management.
