SOUTHWIND LODGING LLC in Memphis, TN is seeking a reliable Night Auditor to run the front desk during the overnight shift, handle guest check-ins/check-outs, and complete daily financial tasks to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• Night auditor or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Proficient with computer systems and software such as Microsoft Office and reservation management systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Manage front desk during the overnight shift, including handling guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Answer phone calls and respond to online inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle guest requests, such as booking tours or making restaurant reservations.
• Assist with check-in and check-out processes, including handling payments and issuing keys.
• Complete daily financial and operational tasks, such as reconciling the guest ledger and completing shift reports.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Perform light cleaning duties, such as wiping down counters and restocking supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.
