Vista Host Hotels Management & Development seeks an Executive Housekeeper for the Avid Hotel Memphis Southaven. Lead housekeeping and laundry; coordinate with departments; ensure guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house spaces meet high cleanliness standards.

Drive staffing, training, budgeting, and performance for a positive guest experience while upholding safety and brand standards at a property near Memphis.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure staffing levels meet daily business demands and manage productivity.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop housekeeping staff.
• Oversee budgeting and planning for housekeeping operations.
• Maintain professional interactions with guests, staff, and other departments.
• Coordinate with front desk and other departments on guest requests and room conditions.
• Supervise cleaning of guest rooms and public areas and ensure safety standards.
