Job summary

Valor Hospitality Partners seeks a reliable Night Auditor for our Memphis properties. You will balance cash and credit transactions from food & beverage outlets, front desk, and room charges, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting to accounting.

You’ll reconcile nightly activity, transmit card batches, and run the final night audit while assisting guests and acting as a hotel system liaison during night hours. Prior cash handling and hospitality exposure is valued.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• 6–12 months in related hospitality or office role; accounting experience is a bonus.
• Excellent cash handling and computer skills; able to stand for long periods.
• Good judgment, adaptability and guest-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Audit, balance and report cash and credit for all outlets; reset registers for accuracy.
• Reconcile cashier’s reports with the restaurant system each night and post unresolved tickets.
• Maintain daily balances for house accounts and prepare reports to accounting.
• Audit and post front desk transactions and room charges to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare statistics and income journals for daily reports and balance revenues.
• Transmit credit card batches and run the night audit final.
• Serve as hotel system liaison during night hours and assist guests as needed.
