Qualifications

• At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of Accounting Principles.
• Proficiency in Windows operating systems, company-approved spreadsheets and word processing.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must convey information clearly and maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Register guests and make reservations.
• Prepare daily reports and balance transactions.
• Conduct security walks during overnight shift.
• Maintain regular attendance and comply with brand standards.
• Run morning and end-of-day reports as required.
• Balance day’s work including revenues and folios; manage cashiering.
