Tru by Hilton Augusta GA is seeking a Front Desk/Guest Services professional to manage daily front office operations, act as Manager on Duty, and ensure exceptional guest experience. You will respond to guest requests, drive revenue via selling strategies, and coordinate with management during evening and early morning hours.

The role emphasizes professionalism, punctuality, and reliable performance in a branded hotel environment, including occasional extended hours and adherence to hotel

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a branded, quality hotel.
• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate/Bachelor preferred.
• Experience in accounting preferred.
• Must display professionalism and have honesty and trustworthiness.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests, provide room assignments, and maintain guest privacy.
• Promote and sell hotel services and amenities.
• Promote repeat business by taking future reservations and offering recommendations.
• Report notable guest interactions and potential sales leads to management.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest requests.
• Ensure all cash handling and transactions balance at shift end.
• Learn and utilize the PMS system and perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, professional lobby and dining area.
