Tru-By-Hilton-Ashland is seeking a Night Auditor to manage front office and night audit duties, creating a hospitable environment and generating operational reports. You will ensure accuracy in nightly accounting and guest service tasks, helping the hotel run smoothly through the night shift.

Responsibilities include data entry, guest relations, wake-up calls, reservations, and balancing daily statistics. The role requires attention to detail, professionalism, and flexibility for overnight hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or higher.
• 2 years hotel front office experience with 1-year Night Auditor preferred.
• Willing to work up to 40+ hours per week with flexibility.
• Must work the night shift.
• Fluent English; other languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify guest needs and build relationships to ensure hospitality.
• Set up the hotel for the next day by anticipating guest and operational needs.
• Enter data from Front Office Room Inspection forms accurately.
• Maintain lobby and public areas in proper appearance, including breakfast area.
• Perform pre-Breakfast duties and responsibilities.
• May serve as manager on duty or breakfast host.
• Schedule wake-up calls and reservations for the following day.
• Respond to guest inquiries, concerns and complaints as needed.
• Answer phones and place reservations.
• Prepare guest bills for next-day checkouts and process reservations.
• Safely deposit valuables in the hotel safe.
