Job summary

The Sheraton Augusta Hotel is seeking a motivated Guest Service Supervisor to join the Front Office team on the PM shift in Augusta, GA. This role supervises front desk operations, supports the Guest Service team, and ensures exceptional service from arrival through departure.

Responsibilities include supervising agents, ensuring checks-in/check-outs run smoothly, resolving guest concerns, and supporting daily Front Office operations.

Qualifications

• Front Desk or Guest Services experience preferred.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Marriott/Sheraton experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Front Desk and Guest Service Agents during the PM shift.
• Ensure smooth check-in and check-out operations.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
• Assist with room assignments, reservations, and billing questions.
• Maintain proper handling of cash, keys, and guest accounts.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, F&B, and Management.
• Track daily arrivals, departures, VIPs, and groups; manage special requests.
• Assist management with daily Front Office operations and training.
