Qualifications

• Experience in hotel front desk or guest services.
• Ability to count cash accurately and balance drawers.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete nightly audit and prepare daily reports.
• Greet and register guests, assign rooms, and handle express checkout.
• Process reservations and respond to guest inquiries.
• Maintain lobby and clean facilities, and communicate shift information.
• Work closely with hotel departments to ensure service quality.
