Job summary

Peachtree Group is seeking a Night Auditor to perform nightly audit functions while delivering exceptional guest service at the hotel front desk. You will assist guests with check-ins/check-outs, process reservations, and respond to inquiries, ensuring high service levels during the overnight shift.

Responsibilities include cash handling, room status maintenance, and coordination with Front Office and other desk staff to ensure smooth operations throughout the night.

Qualifications

• Overview: Night Auditor duties with a focus on accurate financials and guest service.
• Overnight front desk service and guest check-ins/check-outs.
• Cash handling with start/end-of-shift cash drawer accuracy.
• Coordinate with Front Office and desk staff to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Count cash and maintain cash drawer accuracy at start and end of each shift.
• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests.
• Process guest registrations, including collecting payment.
• Prepare express checkout folios and maintain room status inventory.
• Communicate shift information to Front Office Manager, General Manager, and desk staff.
• Maintain lobby area and bathrooms as needed.
• Answer inquiries about hotel services, registration, and directions.
• Complete required shift paperwork and night audit reports daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
