The Night Auditor at Peachtree Group is responsible for completing all nightly audit functions while delivering exceptional guest service at the hotel’s front desk. During the overnight shift, you will assist guests with check-ins/check-outs, process reservations, and respond to inquiries to ensure a high level of service.

• Experience in guest service is preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel front desk operations is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform nightly audit functions and maintain cash drawer accuracy at the start and end of shift.
• Assist guests with check-ins and check-outs, process reservations, and respond to inquiries during overnight hours.
• Maintain room status inventory and front desk logs; communicate shift information to Front Office Manager and staff.
• Greet, register, and assign rooms; process registrations and collect payments; prepare express checkouts.
• Keep lobby and bathrooms clean and presentable; ensure security and safety throughout the shift.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure high quality guest service and a smooth night shift transition.
