Peachtree Group in Prattville, AL is seeking a Night Auditor to handle nightly audit duties while delivering exceptional guest service at the front desk. You will assist guests with check-ins and check-outs, process reservations, and respond to inquiries to ensure a smooth overnight experience.

Responsibilities include counting cash, maintaining cash drawer accuracy, greeting and registering guests, preparing express checkout folios, and maintaining room status inventory.

Qualifications

• Flexible to work overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Complete all nightly audit functions while delivering front desk service.
• Assist guests with check-ins and check-outs and respond to inquiries.
• Count cash and maintain cash drawer accuracy at each shift.
• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests.
• Process guest registrations and collect payment.
• Prepare express checkout folios.
• Maintain room status inventory.
• Communicate shift information to management and staff.
• Keep lobby and bathrooms clean.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure service quality.
• Handle shift paperwork and nightly audit reports.
