Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Night Auditor to balance revenue, settle accounts nightly, and reset systems for the next day’s operations while performing Guest Service Agent tasks. You will maintain records, generate daily reports, and ensure guest satisfaction.

The role requires night auditing experience or related training, proficiency with Excel and arithmetic, and a willingness to learn the BRAINS system within 90 days. Working hours may include holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous night audit/accounting experience or equivalent training required.
• Computer knowledge/Excel and arithmetic skills required.
• FSD is a plus, required within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Balance accounts and conduct nightly audits.
• Maintain records of room availability and guest accounts.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports.
• Audit and reconcile cashiers.
• Audit, reconcile, consolidate, and transmit all credit cards on a timely basis.
• Input and update financial information into the BRAINS network.
• Check guests in/out and perform Guest Service Agent tasks.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Aim to improve department and overall guest satisfaction.
• Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
