SpringHill Suites & TownePlace Suites at FLAMINGO CROSSINGS is seeking a Front Desk Associate to balance daily hotel operations, greet guests, and handle registrations with a focus on service excellence. You will resolve guest issues, upsell hotel services, and coordinate room assignments while maintaining accurate records.

The role is based on-site at the Flamingo Crossings property, with responsibilities including balance of charges, daily reconciliations, and providing a welcoming experience

Responsibilities

• Balance all daily work for the hotel and post/balance charges.
• Greet and register guests, providing prompt and courteous service.
• Resolve guest challenges during their stay and upsell hotel services.
• Upgrade guests as required and promote hotel amenities.
• Input and retrieve guest information, assign rooms, and issue keys while explaining room features.
