Job summary

SpringHill Suites Logan is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to warmly greet guests, check them in and out, and assist with pre-registration and reservations. You will post charges and handle payments accurately, while maintaining a smooth reception flow.

Knowledge of rates, discounts and same-day reservations helps ensure guest satisfaction. You will work as part of a team to deliver memorable experiences for every guest at our hotel in Logan.

Qualifications

• High work ethic and self-initiative.
• May be required to work varying schedules to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player that provides great guest experiences.
• Ability to work in an office environment and use computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and communicate cordially with guests, check them in and out of the hotel.
• Post charges accurately for all guest transactions.
• Know and operate Front Office system and daily transactions.
• Manage cash handling, including cash, checks and card payments.
