Spire Hospitality LLC is seeking a Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent in California to warmly welcome guests and ensure seamless operations. You will close out daily financials, balance reports, and coordinate front desk tasks to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires at least 1 year as a Guest Services Agent, hotel PMS familiarity (OPERA, OnQ), and basic MS Office skills. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred, with a full-time schedule and opportunities within a supportive

Qualifications

• Hotel front desk experience preferred.
• 1 year experience as a Guest Services Agent required.
• Knowledge of accounting operations such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, server service fees.
• Basic mathematical skills to prepare financial reporting.
• CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Previous experience with hotel PMS systems: OPERA, OnQ.

Responsibilities

• Deliver unparalleled service to guests by responding to questions and requests.
• Prepare daily Food & Beverage revenue reports and balance PMS reports for revenue and settlement accounts.
• Make corrections and adjustments via the PMS and troubleshoot computer problems during the shift.
• Enter revenue, expenses, and allowances into the system to generate daily reports.
• Conduct check-ins, check-outs, and promptly answer phone calls with professionalism.
• Resolve guest concerns with attentive service recovery.
