Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a Night Auditor in California for a part-time role. The position involves auditing the daily guest ledger, posting room rates and taxes, and ensuring accuracy of guest folios while supporting front desk operations.

Responsibilities include end-of-day accounting, handling cash, and assisting guests during nights, weekends, and holidays. A high school diploma and 1 year of accounting or night audit experience are required; PMS knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in Accounting or Night Auditor role.
• Knowledge of PMS (Property Management System).
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Audit the daily guest ledger.
• Post daily room rates and room tax; ensure accuracy of guest folios.
• Summarize revenues from all accounts receivable (food, room, other).
• Act as front desk clerk: check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest issue resolution.
• Make cash drops following proper cash handling procedures.
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
