The Night Auditor processes arrivals, departures, reservations, payments, and requests, collaborates with housekeeping and other departments, and maintains accurate records while upholding security and privacy standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in hotel front desk or guest services is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Basic computer and cash-handling skills.
• Professional and composed under guest concerns.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Process arrivals, departures, reservations, payments, and guest requests.
• Respond promptly to questions and special requests.
• Resolve routine guest issues and escalate as needed.
