Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Balance room, restaurant and bar daily work and post settlements.
• Input revenue data and generate daily reports.
• Verify credit cards, handle cash and balance the house bank.
• Greet guests, check in/out, and provide accurate information.
• Maintain files and support front desk operations across shifts.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
