Job summary

Omni Richmond Hotel is seeking a dependable Night Auditor to join our Front Office team on a full-time overnight shift. You will reconcile cashier transactions, prepare and distribute daily reports, and ensure guest billings are accurate while handling check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.

The role requires strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills, plus the ability to stand for long periods and work weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily reports and distribute as directed.
• Balance daily postings and revenue; complete night audit tasks.
• Handle Express checkouts and ensure completion.
• Communicate with departments via Wrap-Up emails each morning.
• Be familiar with front office standards and rate plans.
