Job summary

Shamin Hotels in Richmond, VA is seeking a part-time Night Auditor to perform end-of-day accounting tasks and overnight front desk duties. You will assist late-night guests, process check-ins and check-outs, and ensure daily reconciliations are accurate.

Qualifications

• Must have strong reading, writing and math skills.
• 1-2 years of hotel front desk or night auditor experience preferred.
• Customer service and financial management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Performs all audit procedures as set forth by the Hotel and company, on a daily basis.
• Balances all cash receipts and work performed during the audit shift.
• Prepares the front office for the 'A' shift and resets days business.
• Acts as a Guest Service representative during night hours and the on-duty manager.
• Takes the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner.
