Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Night Auditor to balance revenue, settle accounts, and reset systems for the next day’s operations while assisting Guest Service Agents. You will manage nightly audits, keep records, and prepare daily reports in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and prior night audit or accounting experience, plus strong computer and arithmetic skills. The role offers full-time and part-time opportunities with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Night audit experience or training required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Computer skills with Excel and arithmetic.
• FSD certification within 90 days of employment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Balance accounts and conduct nightly audits.
• Maintain records of room availability and guests' accounts.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports.
• Audit and reconcile cashiers.
• Input and update financial information into the BRAINS network.
• Check guests in/out and perform Guest Service Agent tasks.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work to improve them.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
