Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Night Auditor to balance revenue, settle accounts, and reset systems for the next day while performing Guest Service Agent duties. You will also handle nightly reporting and reconciliations to ensure accuracy across departments.

The role involves balancing cash/invoices, assisting guests, and maintaining records. This position offers opportunities for growth, benefits, and a dynamic work environment with varied shifts including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous night audit/accounting experience or equivalent training required.
• Computer knowledge/Excel and arithmetic skills required.
• FSD certification required within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Balance accounts and conduct nightly audits.
• Maintain records of room availability and guest accounts.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports.
• Audit and reconcile cashiers and credit card transactions.
• Input and update financial information into the BRAINS network.
• Check guests in/out and perform Guest Service Agent tasks.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Support guest satisfaction initiatives.
• Practice safe work habits and wear protective safety equipment.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
