Job summary

Topbrassdallas is seeking a Night Auditor to balance nightly financials, perform front desk duties during the overnight shift, and ensure a smooth operation of the hotel during nighttime hours. You will provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests.

Responsibilities include nightly audits, guest check-in/out, cash handling, and reporting. This role requires strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and proficiency with hotel management software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Experience in accounting or bookkeeping is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audit of hotel transactions and balance financials.
• Check guests in and out with proper room assignments and guest requests.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports to management.
• Handle cash, credit card processing and posting to guest accounts.
• Maintain front desk area and communicate with the next shift.
