Job summary

Embassy Suites by Hilton Denver Downtown is seeking a Front Desk Clerk to audit cash/backend processes, balance daily reports and support nightly audit. You will greet guests, handle check-ins/outs, and respond to inquiries with a focus on accuracy and courtesy.

Role requires strong guest relations, basic accounting awareness, and ability to operate the PBX system and cash registers. On-site duties at the Denver downtown hotel, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Accounting background preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Audit, balance and report on hotel cash and credit operations across outlets and front desk.
• Greet guests and conduct check-in/check-out using manual and computer systems.
• Respond to reservations, hotel information and guest concerns.
