Job summary

InnVentures is seeking a Night Auditor for Hilton Garden Inn Denver Downtown. This on-site overnight role ensures all daily transactions are reconciled and guests are served promptly.

You will review end-of-shift checklists, post charges, and follow cash handling procedures while coordinating with other departments. Strong communication and basic computer skills are required; weekend/holiday availability is a must.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience with ability to thrive overnight.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must read, write, type and use basic technology.
• Able to stand for entire shift and lift at least 25 pounds.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Review daily transactions and checklists for completion and accuracy.
• Ensure all guests are served promptly and courteously.
• Apply problem solving skills to resolve guest issues to their satisfaction.
• Follow proper cash handling procedures and be able to post and reconcile charges.
• Ensure emergency notification procedures are followed in the event of issues taking place overnight.
• Communicate effectively between all shifts and departments.
