Qualifications

• Front desk operations and cash handling.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
• Basic math and 10-key by touch.
• Ability to balance revenue reports and enter data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Balance room, restaurant and bar daily work.
• Post and balance charges and settlements in a timely and efficient manner.
• Prepare daily Restaurant Revenue Report by auditing Micros tapes/journals.
• Run audit reports and correct discrepancies.
• Greet guests and register them in the system, assign rooms.
• Code electronic keys and verify payments.
• Balance cash and daily house bank; input and report daily outcomes.
