• Follow all credit, cash-handling, and accounting procedures.
• Run audits and reports; record revenues and statistics accurately.
• Read, analyze, interpret, and explain guest folios and standard reports.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of guest and hotel information.
• Address and resolve guest concerns or complaints.
