Qualifications

• 1 year of hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred.

• Ability to balance cash drawer and process payments.

Responsabilités

• Complete nightly audit functions and reconcile daily transactions.
• Assist guests with check-ins and check-outs and process reservations.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide information on hotel services and local directions.
• Maintain lobby and front desk areas, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.
• Prepare express checkout folios and maintain room status inventory.
• Communicate shift information and issues to the Front Office Manager and staff.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure high-quality guest service.
