Holiday Inn Stockbridge/Atlanta I-75 is seeking a Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional hospitality and efficient front desk support. The role emphasizes accurate financial handling, guest interaction, and daily reporting to management.

Prior hotel experience is not required but guest service skills are highly valued. You will handle reservations, check-ins, and service requests while ensuring security and smooth night operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
• Flexible overnight hours are required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Must be computer proficient; experience with accounting or reservation software is a bonus.
• Experience in the hospitality industry or guest services is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests feel they are receiving an exceptional hospitality experience
• Respond to inquiries, process reservations and check-ins, and handle service requests
• Produce and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to hotel management
• Audit cash drawers, credit card transactions, room charges, and occupancy percentages
• Perform additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as required
