Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Night Auditor to join our team in a role that combines accounting, front desk duties, and guest service during night hours. The position supports daily financial tasks and guest needs for our properties in the Atlanta area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in Accounting or Night Auditor role.
• Knowledge of PMS (Property Management System).
• Strong ability to multi-task and manage front desk tasks while handling night audit duties.

Responsibilities

• Audit daily guest ledger.
• Post daily room rates and room tax.
• Ensure accuracy of charges to guest folios.
• Sum revenues from all accounts (F&B, room, other).
• Act as front desk clerk: check-in/out, reservations, guest issues.
• Make cash drops following cash handling procedures.
• Prepare Front Desk area for morning shift.
• Monitor security cameras.
• Keep lobby well-lit with appropriate music volume.
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
