The InterContinental Hotels Group in Atlanta is seeking a Night Auditor to perform nightly audit operations, maintain financial controls, and ensure compliance with hotel standards. You will balance cash, post room and ancillary revenue, and generate daily reports while supporting front desk tasks with accuracy and courtesy.

Strong accounting knowledge, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential.

Formación

• Full knowledge of accounting operations.
• Excellent communications skill (oral & written).
• Computer literate with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook); experience with Delphi, Lanyon and Opera.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Warm, personable and energetic demeanor with a professional phone manner.

Responsabilidades

• Perform nightly audit operations and maintain financial controls.
• Follow cash handling procedures and balance cashier postings.
• Record and report property receipts accurately and timely.
• Maintain front desk service standards and resolve guest billing issues.
• Balance end-of-day procedures, review cashier audits, and post journal entries.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports and master bill verifications.
