Prior hotel experience is not required but guest service skills are highly valued. You will handle reservations, check-ins, and service requests while ensuring security and smooth night operations.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Must be computer proficient; experience with accounting or reservation software is a bonus.
• Experience in the hospitality industry or guest services is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests feel they are receiving an exceptional hospitality experience
• Respond to inquiries, process reservations and check-ins, and handle service requests
• Produce and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to hotel management
• Audit cash drawers, credit card transactions, room charges, and occupancy percentages
• Perform additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as required

As a Front Desk Night Auditor you have the responsible to give our guests the best hospitality experience they can have by:

• Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all guests feel they are having an exceptional experience at the property
  • Respond to inquiries, process reservations and check-ins, delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, resolve guest complaints, and other front office duties as required
  • Produce and distribute daily weekly, and monthly reports to hotel management, department heads, and general manager
  • Audit and reconcile all financial records such as cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, room charges, final bill preparation, and occupancy percentages
  • Perform additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as required
