Qualifications

• Front desk experience with cash handling and balancing duties.
• Familiarity with Excel and end-of-day reporting.
• Attention to detail and integrity in revenue processing.
• Ability to communicate with management during incidents.

Responsibilities

• Review Front Desk agents’ work; audit and reconcile; balance all work.
• Verify F&B outlets closed; run Open Check Report for open checks.
• Print reports; close end of day on applicable systems.
• Reconcile outlet work; separate checks by payment type.
• Log rebates and post house charges; ensure proper separation.
• Log house charges and close accounts.
• Organize and compile paperwork as needed.
• Communicate with management during incidents or emergencies.
• Represent hotel management during graveyard hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned; cover related areas as needed.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow harassment policy.
• Investigate complaints per policy.
