Job summary

Traditions Hospitality Group is seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to oversee nightly financial reconciliations and front desk operations. You will balance revenue, run reports, and support guests with inquiries while maintaining security and efficiency during the night shift.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work independently. Night hours, weekends, and holidays are required, with opportunities for growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming license (if applicable).
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or a related field preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily revenue, prepare reports, and balance accounts.
• Perform front desk duties, including check-in, check-out, and assisting guests with inquiries and requests.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
• Ensure the security of the hotel premises during the night shift, including monitoring surveillance cameras and performing routine security checks.
• Assist with the preparation of breakfast and other guest amenities as needed.
• Collaborate with other hotel staff and departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and lobby area.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding guest privacy and security protocols.
