Unknown Hospitality group at March Air Reserve Base, CA is seeking a Part Time Night Auditor with 1 year of night audit and 3 years hotel front office experience and a high school diploma or higher to cover the night shift.

The ideal candidate will supervise the night shift, train staff on the property management systems, review daily operating results, manage accounts payable/receivable, and ensure lobby and public areas remain welcoming, while acting as Manager on Duty.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of night audit or night shift front desk experience.
• High school diploma or higher-level education required.
• Ability to work night shift and handle front office duties.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper completion of all front office and night audit duties.
• Direct and coordinate the activities of all Nights Shift staff.
• Analyze daily operating results and perform end-of-day statistics.
• Conduct the Night Audit in accordance with Greens standards.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable; manage direct billing.
• Prepare labor hours and front office room inspection reports.
• Promote lobby appearance and public areas; act as Manager on Duty (MOD).
