InterContinental Hotels Group in Fort Meade, MD is seeking a Night Auditor to provide guest services, balance nightly books and perform essential accounting tasks during overnight shifts. You’ll ensure accurate payments, assist guests with late requests and support front desk operations.

The role requires solid accounting, cash handling, and PMS proficiency, plus strong communication and customer service skills.

Formación

• Strong accounting and math skills for auditing and payments.
• Experience handling cash transactions securely.
• Proficiency with property management systems (PMS).
• Excellent communication and listening skills with guests and staff.
• Experience in customer service.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and local area.

Responsabilidades

• Process payments including room charges, cash, checks, and debit/credit in accordance with procedures.
• Check guests in and out; manage wake-up call requests.
• Answer phones and respond to overnight guest queries.
• Run night audit using PMS or manual equivalents.
• Provide concierge services and fulfill guest requests.
