Job summary

Hyatt House BWI in Linthicum Heights, MD is seeking a Part-Time Night Auditor to oversee nightly hotel operations, reconcile financial transactions, generate reports, and assist guests during overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous night audit/accounting experience or equivalent training preferred.
• Computer knowledge/Excel and arithmetic skills required.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly bookkeeping and balancing of accounts.
• Keep records of room availability and guest accounts.
• Prepare and distribute daily reports.
• Audit and reconcile cashiers and credit cards timely.
• Input financial information into M3 network.
• Check guests in and out and address guest inquiries.
• Support safe work practices and guest satisfaction.
