• Greet guests and assist with needs during their stay.
• Post room charges, taxes and other revenues to guest accounts.
• Transfer charges and deposits to master accounts.
• Verify postings and balances.
• Track room revenues and occupancy statistics.
• Prepare cash, check and credit card activity summaries.
• Summarize nightly operations for management and file reports.
• Operate the front desk and property management system.
• Perform check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle and resolve guest complaints.
• Maintain proper mail, package and message handling.
• Perform Manager on Duty functions.
