Job summary

Geronimo Hospitality Group’s Bottleworks Hotel in Indianapolis is seeking a Back of House Specialist to join the housekeeping team. You will maintain public areas, work across housekeeping duties, and deliver outstanding guest service to create memorable stays.

The role involves multi-area coverage, adherence to standards, teamwork, and opportunities for growth. U.S. work authorization is required; High school diploma and prior housekeeping experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Houseman/housekeeping and customer service experience, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains public areas and housekeeping spaces to company standards.
• Assist front desk with deliveries and room cleaning after hours as needed.
• Support housekeeping operations including deliveries, cots, cribs, trash, and other tasks as required.
• Ensure safety procedures and report incidents or injuries to supervision.
• Communicate with supervisors and co-workers about status of tasks and guest requests.
