Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests professionally and provide courteous service; handle check-ins/check-outs and reservations accurately.
• Complete nightly audit and verify charges, taxes, and daily financial transactions.
• Conduct property walks to identify safety and maintenance issues.
• Maintain front desk cleanliness and prepare breakfast area as needed.
• Provide attentive service to short-term and extended-stay guests and manage guest inquiries.
