Job summary

Hegg Companies, Inc. is seeking a Night Auditor for overnight shifts at The Highpoint in Sioux Falls, SD. This part-time position requires handling guest needs, performing night audit procedures, and acting as Manager on Duty to support operations and guest safety.

You will interact with guests, communicate shift details, and uphold brand standards while contributing to a welcoming environment and the three core values of Hegg: We Always Find a Way, Be Better Every Day, We Are Better Together.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb.
• Detail oriented and reliable.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to build relations and ensure expectations are met.
• Manage all night operations to deliver exceptional service.
• Serve as Manager on Duty and notify management of issues.
• Communicate shift information to management and the following shift.
• Complete all night audit procedures per brand standards and company policies.
• Ensure safety and security of guests, staff, and property.
